About the Opportunity Lead our specialised Pain Service within the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service, working collaboratively with senior leaders across the broader rehabilitation division. This role provides the flexibility of part-time hours while maintaining significant responsibility and impact in improving patient outcomes for our community. You will oversee service delivery, strategic planning, and team management whilst contributing to the advancement of pain management services across northern Adelaide. The position offers direct access to other senior leaders, fostering professional development and cross-service collaboration. About You You are a driven health professional who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment and is committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation care. You bring: Relevant qualifications in an Allied Health discipline (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Dietetics, or Exercise Physiology) with current registration or eligibility for professional membership Experience in rehabilitation or health services, ideally with exposure to complex client needs and multidisciplinary care Strong leadership and teamwork skills – you collaborate across disciplines and contribute to innovative models of care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues Adaptability and problem‑solving ability – you are comfortable working in a changing health environment and finding creative solutions Commitment to quality and safety – you understand evidence‑based practice and strive for continuous improvement. Postgraduate qualifications in rehabilitation or health service management, and experience in service development or research, are desirable for the role.
