Join a supportive team with a great company culture Full-time hours in a busy manufacturing environment Temporary-to-permanent opportunity after 6 months Career development and opportunities for progression Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm Hourly rate: $41.33/hr + Super Immediate start for the right person Responsibilities & Duties Perform TIG welding tasks within the production area, ensuring all welds meet quality and safety standards. Fabricate seat frames and complete various metal works, following precise specifications and engineering requirements. Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, and shaping products to the required size, using accurate tools and techniques. Operate a range of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic machinery to complete fabrication and assembly tasks safely and efficiently. Read and interpret design and engineering drawings, ensuring all work aligns with technical specifications. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a compliant and safe working environment. Conduct quality assurance checks, identifying defects or non-conforming products and taking corrective action when necessary.
