You will be a hands-on leader and responsible for: Supporting the Branch Manager in driving overall performance and strategic development of the branch Supporting the Branch Manager to coach and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitability Work quickly with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do Champion strong compliance and operational controls while coaching the team to uphold the same standards. Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do and inspiring your team to follow We’re looking for passionate leaders deliver the best for our customers and are looking for: Proven experience leading a team of 3 or more in a retail or customer service environment.
