About the Role We’re looking for a practical and technically minded Admin/Analystto join our Melbourne team on a casual, part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for assisting the DCD Manger to complete Lely Dealer support functions — from annual budget through to yearly and 5-year business plans and processing direct selling region maintenance tickets, ordering replacement spare parts and scheduling maintenance of robotic equipment. You’ll work closely with our local and international teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of information. Key Responsibilities Assist with all steps of the DCD Annual Cycle in collaboration with the DCD Manager. Collect and analyze statistics, background information, and center comparisons. Expertly manage Tableau data sources, ensuring relevant information is accessible to DCD Management and the Cluster Management Team. Provide goal-oriented support during the budgeting process. Process maintenance tickets from our technical support team. Order replacement spare parts for direct selling locations. Scheduling of preventative maintenance vis our IFS system. About You You’re a detail-oriented, hands-on team player with a can-do attitude and a keen interest in technology. You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. Skills & Experience Experience in strategic planning & annual budgeting Experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred) Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Excel, and Office Suite) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid working rights for Australia Available to start immediately Why Lely?
