Their portfolio includes a range of modern residential and commercial developments, with a focus on creating connected, community-driven spaces. The business is growing rapidly, and their Marketing team is expanding to support a number of exciting new projects. This role will sit within a collaborative and creative marketing function that values fresh ideas, digital innovation, and strong brand storytelling. You'll work closely with senior marketing leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support occupancy and retention across the portfolio. About the Role: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, and traditional) Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals Manage content across websites, social media, and email marketing platforms Support brand development and growth through creative storytelling and visual consistency Collaborate with a supportive and energetic marketing team who value creativity and teamwork About You: Background in property, accommodation, retail, or a similar multi-site industry Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Confident across digital platforms including CMS, social media scheduling tools, and analytics Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Collaborative, proactive, and motivated to make an impact from day one Why You'll Love It: You'll be joining a growing organisation that truly values its people and invests in their professional development.
