Your role with us: As our Social Media Community Coordinator, you will be the voice of the Stake brand online, engaging with players across social platforms and forums. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you’ll uncover unique engagement opportunities and respond to user-generated content. From spotting brand risks to supporting competitions, you’ll help foster an engaging community where players feel heard and valued. Click play, on your career today What you will do Commenting and moderation of all social media platforms. Monitor and report brand mentions, captions, tone of voice, reporting UGC, and trend opportunities to respond to verbally across social platforms. Collaborate on upcoming marketing beats on unique commenting opportunities. Have a good understanding of Internet culture. Moderation of the Stake Community Forums. Creating unique ways of engaging with customers. Identify brand risks and share insights with the Community and Social Media Manager. Use social listening tools to find trending topics and engagement opportunities in real time. Identify content where branded responses could gain visibility and track competitor engagement strategies. Assist with competition preparation and payouts.
