D365 ERP Support Analyst , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) environment . You’ll be the first point of contact for functional and technical support, helping triage and resolve user issues, maintain system integrity, and support ongoing improvements. Working closely with the Business Systems Analysts, you will help balance operational support with continuous system enhancements, ensuring reliable service and an exceptional user experience. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for D365 FinOps support, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Manage daily BAU requests, ensuring smooth system operations. Troubleshoot and escalation complex system, data, or configuration issues. Administer user access, security, workflows, batch jobs, and print queues. Monitor integrations, jobs, and workflows to prevent issues and maintain reliability. Support data maintenance, uploads, and minor configuration changes. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to balance support and system improvements. Assist with testing, releases, and deployments for patches and updates. Maintain knowledge base, documentation, and user guides for internal capability. Report on trends, root causes, and system performance to drive improvements. To thrive in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years ERP support experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps. Exposure to Customer Engagement, Field Services, Dataverse, and Power Platform is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in user support, issue triage, and incident management. Knowledge of Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Production, or Warehousing modules within D365. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow) and ticket management processes.
