At Ridge View SC, we know that a clean, safe, and welcoming environment is essential for student success, and our Facilities Team is at the heart of making that happen. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaner in Charge to join this highly valued team and help us maintain the exceptional standards our college is known for. In this leadership role, you will organise and supervise our cleaning staff, manage rosters and relief arrangements, and provide on‑job training to new and existing team members. You would also support performance management in consultation with the Facilities Coordinator, and act as the voice of the cleaning team to ensure their needs are met. As part of our outstanding Facilities Team, you will work closely with our Facilities Coordinator and collaborate with other staff, including our gardener, to ensure every space across the college is fresh, safe, and inviting. This is a team that is respected and appreciated for the vital role it plays in our college community, and you will be a key part of it. We are looking for someone who is organised, honest, reliable, and punctual, with excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment, safe cleaning procedures, and effective methods.
