Join Kurrajong Therapy Plus as an Allied Health Graduate in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology to support local communities with evidence-based care. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assess participants and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a person-centred framework Provide support and advice to clients Refer and consult within the multidisciplinary team Facilitate group therapy sessions Oversee placement students Work full-time in Wagga Wagga or outreach locations including Griffith and Tumut About You The company is looking for: Recent graduates from 2024 or 2025, or eligible to graduate in early-mid 2026 with AHPRA registration Right to work in Australia Current or willingness to obtain Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check Opportunities available for Allied Health Assistants until graduation Compensation & Benefits Competitive base starting salary of $78,000 Graduate incentive payments totaling $4,000 to $6,500 depending on location, paid at 6, 12, and 24 months One additional week of leave each year for the summer holiday period Monthly day off and flexible working arrangements Professional development allowance annually Paid parental leave, relocation assistance, and yearly uniform allowance Staff wellbeing program including Employee Assistance Program Positive workplace culture with team outings and peer learning opportunities Training & Development Structured two-year learning and development program with ongoing employment after completion Clinical supervision and support from an established graduate program since 2018 Daily peer-to-peer learning within a large multidisciplinary team Career Progression Opportunities to build capability and confidence across key discipline areas Potential to take on roles such as referring, consulting, facilitating group therapy, and supervising placement students Ongoing employment opportunities after program completion How to Apply Submit a current resume and cover letter addressing the position criteria in the position description Applications are reviewed as received This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
