Pillars of Potential Pty Ltd – Lismore NSW We're seeking a passionate Lawns and Gardens Team Member to join the Pillars of Potential team in Lismore. In this role, you'll maintain gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites, while supporting and empowering people with a disability to work in meaningful employment. You'll be part of a team that pays a fair wage and values every individual's contributions. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture. Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals. Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job. What We’re Looking For Background in property or garden maintenance. Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed). Physically fit for manual handling tasks. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team. Valid driver’s licence. Confident towing a trailer and operating manual vehicle. Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check. Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check. Applicants must hold a valid work visa or have appropriate work rights in Australia. Previous experience working with people with disabilities is preferred but not essential for this role.
