We’re searching for a Supervisor – Domestic Services to oversee cleaning, linen and waste management operations across North West Regional Hospital. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, supporting teams and working closely with clinical units to deliver critical services. Key Responsibilities Manage rosters, staffing and resources Support staff wellbeing, performance development and training Build effective partnerships with Unit Managers and the wider Corporate Services team This role would suit an experienced Hotel Services leader seeking to apply their expertise in a healthcare setting. You will work with a committed team who share your commitment to delivering timely, safe and high‑quality care to our local communities. Details of Appointment Permanent, full‑time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join the team. This role has some on‑call requirements. Qualifications Experience in the delivery of cleaning and waste management services in a large multidisciplinary setting Advanced rostering skills and experience working with information systems High level communication, interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to effectively coach team members Salary $81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
