Grounds & Maintenance Officer - Durack Rental Join Ingenia Communities Group to work as a full‑time Grounds & Maintenance Officer at our Durack Rental site. Reporting to the Park Manager, you will keep the park looking beautiful, safe and welcoming, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well‑maintained environment every day. Responsibilities Maintain outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control. Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment. Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets. Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and record maintenance activities and incidents. Collaborate with the team, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Current “C” class manual driver’s licence. Hands‑on experience in building and grounds maintenance with strong problem‑solving skills. Proactive, positive, team‑first attitude and ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Comfortable with manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment in varied terrain. Understanding of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery.
