CCSG Legal is seeking a talented individual to join our vibrant team, specialising in debt recovery. Get ready to dive into a range of engaging tasks and gain hands‑on experience. CCSG Legal offers an unmatched exposure to litigation experience across two unique sectors. As a Paralegal your main aim is to run a high‑volume, front‑end litigation practice with a focus on recoveries across the insurance and commercial sector. We work on a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) for a full‑time employee. This role must be able to work a minimum of 4 days per week (however, full‑time preferred). Responsibilities Prepare court documents and applications related to debt recovery; Assist in the preparation of legal documents for enforcement; Collaborate with major clients and actively participate in court proceedings across Australia; Provide essential legal administrative support, including online court filing, drafting, and amending correspondence, and conducting legal research; Engage in customer service‑focused activities, regularly communicating with clients and involved parties via phone and email; Master the art of time management and relationship building to excel in your role. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage and balance own time to meet and exceed business needs; Personable, professional and approachable with exceptional customer service skills; Ability to multitask and adapt to changes daily; Ability to learn new software applications in a short period of time; Proficient use of DebtCol (desirable).
