Responsibilities include managing and completing Strata site inspections, ascertaining damage, appointing specialists, and delivering a seamless end‑to‑end claims experience. Confidently manage Strata site inspections and desktop assessments. Ascertaining cause and extent of damage. Appointing trades/practitioners and specialists. Providing a seamless claims experience to customers. About You Excellent communicator – empathetic, concise, and able to tailor messaging. Problem solver – curious, finds root causes and proactive solutions. Customer‑service driven – thoughtful and timely service. Growth mindset – continuous learning and adaptability. Resilient – focused on positive outcomes. Willing to mentor peers and improve service. Key Requirements Professional and excellent service delivery in Strata site and desktop assessments. Clear, accurate communication and timeframes to stakeholders. Thorough documentation of decisions, ownership, reserve changes. Strata experience as a Loss Adjuster. Loss adjusting qualifications preferred, or relevant professional qualifications. Trade qualifications advantageous. Current and valid driver’s licence.
