Description Marsh Valuation Services, a specialist division within Marsh, is seeking talented engineers to join our team as Valuation Consultant in the Brisbane - 111 Eagle office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. What can you expect? At Marsh, we undertake the valuation of property, plant, equipment, and infrastructure assets for leading corporate and public sector organisations in the Pacific region. As part of our Plant, Equipment & Infrastructure team in Queensland, you will have the chance to work on unique projects and contribute to large portfolios. Enthusiastic and self‑motivated professionals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Growth opportunities in asset management, cost engineering, and capital cost estimating Training and development programs to enhance your skills Work in modern CBD office Be part of a global organization that values your career path Collaborate with engineers across our Pacific practice Experience working on projects for leading organisations Enjoy a great team environment with supportive colleagues Travel to various geographic areas to support different clients Responsibilities Assist the valuation teams in research and data analysis across property, plant, equipment, and infrastructure asset classes Conduct supervised site inspections and field work Compile reports and spreadsheets, including data transfer, formatting, and formulas Liaise with client representatives Utilise our in‑house valuation program Arrange project plans and site inspections Support senior staff with general valuation, research, and analysis tasks Qualifications Must have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related engineering field Strong Microsoft Excel skills Broad computer competency Desire and willingness to learn new skills Ability to deliver results on time and in full Self‑motivated with a positive attitude Confident communicator Analytical mindset Team player with high integrity and energy Ability to work independently and as part of a team What makes you stand out?
