About The Role The Trade Warehouse Operator & Counter Sales (Gyprock) role is a Full-time position, based at Thornleigh, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse. Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers in store and in the warehouse. Stock movements and the maintenance of stock. Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift, or manually as required. Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to. Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping. Contributes to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets. Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Your hours are Monday to Friday between 6am-3pm. What You Bring To The Role Forklift licence is essential. Possess a strong work ethic. To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers. An eagerness to learn about products and services. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills. Must be confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
