Position Overview We are looking for passionate Single and Couple Store Managers to join our relief and permanent management team. You will support day‑to‑day operations across multiple remote store locations in the NT, NSW, QLD, SA and WA. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising and staff supervision. Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in‑store teams, fostering a culturally respectful environment. Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS and company policies. Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service. Support staff training initiatives. Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members. Skills and Experience Required Supermarket retail experience: Minimum 3 years in retail or fast‑moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment. Leadership skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training and leading diverse teams. Operational knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation and budget management, including inventory and expense controls. Cultural awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures. Customer focus: Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills. Tech savvy: Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Working rights: Must prove unrestricted working rights within Australia.
