Senior Identity Services Engineer As a Senior Identity Services Engineer , you'll support the Identity Services Manager in maintaining, enhancing, and governing the organisation's IAM platforms. You'll manage authentication systems, access governance, and identity lifecycle processes - ensuring that users, applications, and systems remain secure, compliant, and well-controlled. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance platforms. Manage SSO , MFA , and federated authentication services across enterprise and partner ecosystems. Oversee user lifecycle management , ensuring accurate onboarding, transfer, and offboarding access. Conduct User Access Reviews and Privileged Access Reviews , tracking remediation actions. Collaborate with Cyber Security, Technology, and Architecture teams to implement identity controls. Identify automation opportunities to streamline provisioning and deprovisioning. Maintain documentation and requirements in JIRA and Confluence . Provide audit and governance support for identity-related security controls. Key Skills & Experience 8+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA) roles within large enterprise or government environments. Strong knowledge of platforms such as Azure AD / Entra ID , Okta , SailPoint , CyberArk , or Delinea Secret Server . Understanding of SSO , MFA , RBAC , OAuth , SAML , SCIM , and related identity protocols. Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD Connect in hybrid environments. Familiarity with identity lifecycle automation , privileged access , and compliance processes. Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and task management.
