Collins operates a large fleet of refrigerated vans and tautliners, delivering both interstate linehaul services and local distribution of frozen, chilled, perishable and general goods. Your role Your role will focus on local distribution and will include: Local pickups/deliveries Loading/unloading of trailers using forklift Moving trailers across depot yard, either with a prime mover or tug Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: 2+ years of HC or MC driving experience Current HC or MC licence Ability to reverse trailers into loading dock Ability to couple/uncouple trailers Experience with accurate completion of freight and heavy vehicle paperwork Experience with multi drop pick-up/delivery Experience driving B-triples or road trains (preferred) Experience with refrigerated transport (preferred) Forklift licence and experience (preferred) Rewards The successful candidates will enjoy: Above award rates & allowances Plenty of overtime available Best in class equipment and facilities Sound roadworthy vehicles with a comprehensive 24/7 service backup A safe, clean and healthy work environment Ongoing training and professional development Access to Collins Employee Assistance Program (EAP) How to apply If you meet the selection criteria, please submit your current resume through Seek.
