Join Our Team as a Mobile Plant Operator – Keep Critical Infrastructure Moving Are you a skilled Mobile Plant Operator looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to vital infrastructure projects? We are seeking dedicated professionals to maintain access roads along the rail corridor based out of Karratha. This residential role offers stability, competitive pay, and the chance to work on a key road infrastructure. If you're ready to operate heavy equipment and make a tangible impact, we want to hear from you. Required Skills: Valid HR / HC licenses (highly desirable) Proven experience operating heavy machinery including CAT Graders, Rollers, Watercart, Loaders, and Heavy Combination Trucks Ability to float equipment between multiple sites efficiently Strong safety awareness and adherence to operational protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience working on maintaining access roads Additional licenses or certifications related to heavy equipment operation Knowledge of maintenance and minor repair procedures for plant equipment Preferred Education and Experience: Valid driver's licenses with relevant heavy equipment operation endorsement Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery in construction or infrastructure settings High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are advantageous Other Requirements: Ability to work a 8 / 6 roster, dayshift only Must be willing to work residentially in Karratha Flexibility to move equipment between sites as required Take the next step in your career and become a vital part of this essential project.
