Warm tones, generous shared tables and a fresh Mediterranean-inspired menu set the scene for a truly memorable guest experience. We’re looking for Full Time and Casual Kitchen Hands to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans and utensils promptly and thoroughly and ensure they are dried, polished and stored correctly. Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, benches and floors are cleaned and sanitised throughout and at the end of each shift, following food safety and hygiene standards. Collect and dispose of rubbish, recycling and food waste safely and efficiently, keeping the kitchen clean and hazard‑free. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service running smoothly. About you Previous experience as a kitchen hand or in a hospitality environment (preferred but not essential). A strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen. Good communication and teamwork skills.
