Benefits Full-time employment Earning over $200,000pa, all while getting paid to see the sights of WA One driver per truck – no need to share trucks Specialised training, all done in-house Almost zero load restraint No chains, no straps – just shut the lids and go Flexible work arrangements An Employee Assistance Program Overnight allowance payments Paid driver fatigue breaks Task & Responsibilities Treating all customers, site representatives and colleagues with courtesy and respect Reporting customer feedback to management Abiding by all PCS policies and procedures Recording hours accurately on fatigue sheets Reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly Participating in all HSE activities as required (risk assessments, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, safety observations) Undertaking inductions and training as directed Undertaking drug and alcohol testing as required Safely operating Multi-Combination Prime Movers in accordance with legislative and certification requirements Conducting daily pre‑start checks Fault reporting as required Maintaining accurate records of loads, deliveries, and work hours Ensuring work is undertaken according to safe work processes and following the seven steps: planning, communicating, checking equipment, preparing the work area, controlling energy sources, final checking, and commencing work Qualification & Experience Applicants must hold a current, unrestricted MC driver’s licence A current national police clearance A current Commercial Drivers Medical An online WorkSafe driver fatigue certificate (WA) Minimum 3–4 years of experience in safely operating, loading and unloading multi‑combination dry bulk pressure tankers A good understanding of reversing, uncoupling and coupling bulk tankers Demonstrated understanding of delivery routes to mine sites in the Goldfields area A minimum of three references on resume applications About Company Pilbara Cement Supplies is a WA family‑owned and operated business. We specialise in delivering dry bulk cement and lime products in pneumatic tankers throughout Western Australia. Our workforce delivers to some of the most remote mining operations in WA – including Granny Smith, Nova and Tropicana – and also provides local work around the Kalgoorlie area, Fimiston, St Ives and Carouse Dam.
