We are seeking a strategic and executional driver of art direction + creative output for Klook’s Western markets (US, UK, ANZ, EU). In this role, you will bridge global brand guidelines with local cultural nuances – delivering a unified western market brand strategy with inspiring, clean visuals and effective copy. You will lead a team of designers and motion graphic artists to deliver high‑impact creatives and copy across digital, social, and offline channels. What You Will Do Own creative and copy direction across our Western markets Be a champion of visual style and tone that aligns with global brand guidelines, yet is adapted to each region’s culture and consumer behavior Drive creative ideation, storyboarding, art direction, production oversight, and delivery of assets Be a creative mentor and lead a team of designers and motion graphic artists based in Malaysia Set and enforce brand‑guideline usage, visual identity norms, asset libraries, and design operations for the western markets Use data and insights to rigorously refine creative strategy and optimise results Stay abreast of design trends, both within the travel and across consumer‑facing industries within the western markets Collaborate with regional marketing leads to brief and deliver creative that support their respective channel strategy Manage external agencies/freelancers when needed to facilitate Klook’s western market art direction and creative production What You Will Need 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, art direction, and copy – preferably with exposure to travel, lifestyle, consumer product, or digital‑first brands Demonstrate a track record of leading creative strategy across Western market consumers (US, UK, ANZ, EU) Strong portfolio of regional campaigns (e.g., print, OOH, digital, social, video) with measurable impact Data‑savvy – comfortable with leveraging performance data to iterate on creative outputs Excellent project management and team‑leading skills; ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross‑functional leads Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment; comfortable being uncomfortable and open to adapting strategy on the fly Familiarity with key design tools (e.g., Adobe creative suite, Figma, CapCut, etc.) Ability to leverage AI to improve efficiencies in creative production Globally‑mindful and adept at managing priorities across stakeholders and timezones A start‑up attitude – self‑motivated, solution and results oriented, and highly collaborative with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for solving operational challenges Consistently strives for strong performance; professional and has a thirst for excellence Please Include a Portfolio With Your Application That Demonstrates Mastery of creative storytelling, from concept to final outputs across various channels/platforms Personalization of the creative assets to align with specific audiences you wanted to reach Practical use of AI – clear examples or case studies showing how you leveraged AI to elevate the creative output Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
