To continue delivering high-quality service, we have a full‑time opportunity for a Retail Manager to join our friendly team in Broome. We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, previous experience with rostering and stock management. About the Role Are you an enthusiastic, people‑focused leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a Retail Manager to join our busy community pharmacy and help drive smooth, efficient day‑to‑day operations. Reporting directly to the Pharmacist in Charge, you will play a key role in managing the retail floor and supporting our Pharmacy Assistants. This hands‑on leadership role involves overseeing staff performance, coordinating rosters, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and mentor Pharmacy Assistants Manage daily retail operations and workflow Coordinate and maintain staff rosters Oversee stock control, stocktakes, ordering, and invoicing Assist with retail merchandising and promotional displays Maintain accurate records and ensure store compliance Support the Pharmacist in Charge with operational tasks as required About You Computer literate with experience using retail systems Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated people‑management or team‑leadership experience Organised, proactive, and capable in a fast‑paced environment Committed to ongoing learning and professional growth Customer‑service focused with a positive, can‑do attitude S2/S3 qualifications required or willingness to obtain Cert III in Community Pharmacy (or competencies) preferred Salary & Benefits Annual cash package of $80,000 + rental allowance + superannuation.
