We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bobcat / Excavator Combo Operator to join our team at M&M Earthmoving in Brendale, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects across the region. What you’ll be doing Operate a range of Bobcat and Excavator machinery to carry out all aspects of earthmoving in the general hire space including drainage, demolition, and site preparation tasks, electrical trenching etc. Perform daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety Follow all site safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Liaise with the site supervisor to understand project requirements and timelines Contribute to the efficient completion of construction projects within budget and on schedule What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience operating Bobcat and Excavator machinery in a construction or earthmoving environment Strong knowledge of construction equipment operation and maintenance Ability to read and interpret site plans and specifications Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety Flexibility to work on a casual basis and adapt to changing project requirements Current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence and construction industry tickets/licences What we offer Competitive hourly rates and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities A positive, collaborative work environment with a focus on safety and wellbeing The chance to be part of a growing and respected construction company Company car for the right applicant About us M&M Earthmoving is a leading provider of construction and earthmoving services in South East Queensland.
