Experienced Traffic Controllers Wanted - Bunbury and surrounds Add expected salary to your profile for insights LGC Traffic Management – South West are currently seeking qualified and experienced Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders to join our growing team. We offer a variety of traffic management work, both locally and away, with plenty of casual shifts available. For the right candidates, we provide ongoing training and opportunities for career growth. Important: Only applicants who currently hold Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) and Traffic Controller (TC) accreditation and have relevant experience will be considered. Do not apply if you do not meet this criteria. Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) Accreditation Traffic Controller (TC) Accreditation Construction Induction White/Blue Card Current Driver’s Licence (Minimum CA class) WTM, TMA and AWTM are highly valued. Key responsibilities: Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for works or events Use of Stop/Slow Bat or PTCDs to control traffic Complete all required site documentation Monitor site safety in line with the companies Policies and Procedures Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans Load and unload vehicles with signage and equipment Report on site hazards and near misses Monitor traffic behaviour and or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times Obey instructions from team leaders, auditors and managers Control traffic, pedestrians and cyclists to protect maintenance workers, work crews and members of the public What we’re looking for: Able to pass a pre-employment medical and at random drug and alcohol screening Available for day and night shifts, with the flexibility to work locally or away Professional appearance and conduct Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Strong commitment to safety Ambitious and career-focused individuals Clear, strong, and respectful communication Strong problem-solving abilities What we offer: Competitive above-award casual rates Consistent work opportunities, both local and away works A positive and inclusive team culture Weekly pay cycle Opportunities for career development Employee Assistance Program About LGC LGC is a premier 24/7 traffic management operation in Western Australia, delivering comprehensive services across the road network.
