Your part in our St Stephens team We’re looking for some exceptional individuals, passionate about using their skills to make a difference. As a Ward Orderly, you will: Assist the nursing staff with the safe transfer, repositioning and mobilisation of patients. Ensure patient safety during procedures and transfers. Manage the safe and accurate handling of hospital equipment. Demonstrate safe manual handling skills. Assist various team members with patient procedures, providing patients and their loved ones an exceptional customer experience. This position may also be required to assist in cleaning department and linen deliveries on occasion. What makes a difference for us? Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospital infection control requirements, as well as undergo a national criminal history check and functional assessment.
