About the Role This role will play a pivotal part in the smooth operation of the facility and sets the standard for delivering an exceptional Upstate brand experience from the moment a member arrives until the moment they leave. It is all the small details that make for a great customer experience. Overall, your dedication to maintaining a clean and organised environment, coupled with your proactive approach to tasks, will ensure the smooth functioning of the studio, contributing to an exceptional experience for both staff and members. Reliable Ability to take initiative beyond assigned tasks Key Responsibilities Ensure all hire equipment is clean & in-stock Maintain stock levels of necessary equipment and support the Studio Manager with inventory management Conduct maintenance checks of studio equipment (microphones, boxing bags, reformer beds) Tidy common areas as necessary Tidy class props across reformer, boxing and hot mat rooms Accept and process deliveries Use initiative to complete tasks outside assigned daily tasks to provide the best experience for members and staff Assist the Studio Manager as required with additional tasks that support the business Shifts are 3 hours in length and can be completed between the hours of 10:30am - 3:30pm Important Notes To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all team members, employees must disclose any pre-existing injuries or health conditions that may impact their ability to perform the role.
