Today, we’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to support store operations and lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence. About The Role Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store management, lead the team, manage visual merchandising, deliveries and stock. Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure a seamless shopping journey. Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs. Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager on duty. Support training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities. Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback. Regular Sunday work is required for this role. About You Passionate and motivated to deliver results and confidently support your manager and team. Strong communication, time management and organisational skills. Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
