HSE Coordinator

Credaro Family Estate is a family-run winery and farming business in south-west WA, operating since 1922. The Credaro family manage and farm 650 hectares with 140 hectares of vineyards across five sites in the south-west as well as running 2500 breeding ewes, avocado and pomegranate orchards. Our wines are produced at our 1200-tonne winery in Carbanup, which was built in 2003. Qualifications & Experience A relevant qualification (minimum Cert III OHS) and or demonstrated experience in a similar role Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience required for this position HSE experience must come from agriculture or manufacturing industries Candidates must have both relevant qualifications and HSE experience - qualifications alone are not sufficient Australian work rights are required for this position Experience in the wine industry would be highly regarded Tasks & Responsibilities Facilitate open communication with staff and management on HSE issues Conduct incident investigations & develop corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence Participate and manage various administrative roles for the HSE Assist in the management of environmental programs Conducting and coordinating HSE training to staff Managing and developing risk assessments Injury prevention and management Liaise with regulatory authorities and other external bodies when required Coordinate monthly WHS committee meetings, inspections and toolbox meetings Developing and updating SOP's with staff members from each site of the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
