As we expand, we’re looking for a strong, dynamic Financial Controller to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of the Rombola Family Farms team. About the role: Drive financial control and reporting excellence across the business. We’re seeking a Group Financial Controller to take ownership of financial control, audit, FP&A, tax compliance and systems improvement. Reporting to the CEO, this role plays a key part in the finance leadership team and will work closely with others across the finance function to support business performance and operational improvement. What you’ll bring: 5–10 years’ experience in financial control Strong knowledge of AASB/IFRS and Australian tax Proven leadership and analytical skills Commercial mindset and strategic thinking Experience with financial systems and process improvement Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI and Advanced Excel Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) highly regarded Ability to communicate and present financial results, insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership A proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done We’re looking for a proactive leader who takes ownership, solves problems and drives meaningful outcomes. With new leadership in place and a clear mandate for improvement, this is a chance to help shape the future of our finance function.
