And we will lead the way Are you a highly skilled Senior Node.js / TypeScript Software Engineer looking to work on cutting‑edge applications? Join our dynamic team and contribute to building scalable, high‑performance, and secure APIs while working with modern web technologies. The successful candidate will assume the role of the Senior Software Engineer for a large tunnel infrastructure project in the State of New South Wales, Australia. This role will be based in our North Sydney office. What You’ll Do Design, Develop and maintain scalable Node.js / TypeScript backend services. Build and optimise high‑performance, secure APIs for seamless data communication. Work with frontend developers using ReactJS to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. Design and implement a comprehensive test automation framework, covering unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing. Utilise GitLab CI / CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment. Design, implement, and optimise PostgreSQL relational databases. Follow best practices in code quality, security, and software architecture. Mentor and guide developers, fostering growth and knowledge‑sharing within the team. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Solid hands‑on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and ReactJS. Strong expertise in building and optimising APIs for performance and security. Familiarity with full‑cycle software engineering, including test automation. Experience with GitLab CI / CD for deployment automation. Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
