We are a small business that prioritises our participants' needs by focusing on their individual goals and pushing limits We are a high‑energy business looking for support workers that are willing to go above and beyond for participants' care. We give 110% to every booking and will not accept anything less. What we do: Lunch outings Theme parks Water activities Arcades, bowling, mini golf Bike rides, bush walks, museums Our participants range from 6 – 42 years old, with varying needs and levels of required care. Qualifications & experience Experience working with children and/or vulnerable people. Licences required: NDIS worker check Police Check WWWC check First Aid & CPR Car with comprehensive car insurance Australian Driver's licence NDIS modules Experience with ASD Lvl 1-3 is essential. Experience with behaviours of concern. Shifts we need support for: Monday – Sunday (roughly 6 days a week) Shifts are 5 – 7 hours and more if there is school refusal involved. Participant is making a move from Sydney to Orange so paid training and buddy shifts will commence in December. Participant is 15 years old. Tasks & responsibilities Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in the community. Inc transportation, activities and support for appointments.
