About the Job F45 Training is looking for a passionate Social Media Coordinator for VAURA, to assist us as we grow this brand by planning, implementing and managing our social media presence. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker that has a pulse on all social media platforms and isn’t afraid to take risks. You will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience and an interest in social analytics. You will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on the success of all our social channels. You will understand the target audience and have a firm grasp on community engagement methods and best practice. Responsibilities Manage and edit content / editorial calendar across multiple global social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn. Development of briefs for content creation with creative and design teams for larger projects. Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across the brands. Uphold community management best practices and engage with audiences across all brand channels. Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics. Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best‑practice community management. Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, web traffic of social media campaigns. Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels. Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy. Uphold the company’s brand voice and increase brand awareness through impactful storytelling. Work with Director of Content / VP Marketing on KOL and Influencer Strategies to develop always‑on creator content. Any additional social media support for F45 Group as requested. Requirements Background in fitness and passion for functional fitness and pilates. 1-3 years of experience in social media management and community engagement. A demonstrated track record of growing engaged audiences on organic social channels. A knack for evaluating social media analytics and adapting strategies and tactics based on insights. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills – as well as some ability to create visuals, videos, etc. Able to work individually or in a team environment. Online marketing and / or copywriting experience a plus. Possesses outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
