Colour Consultant

East Coast Kitchens creates the heart of the home. We bring dream kitchens to life in our beautiful Tweed Heads showroom, and we're looking for a friendly and energetic person to join our team. This is a key role where you'll be the face of our company, mixing customer service, design and office duties. Responsibilities Welcome clients and give them a great first impression. Guide clients through our showroom, sharing your excitement about design. Offer helpful design and colour advice. Help clients choose the perfect products for their new home. Handle front desk duties like phone calls and emails. Site visits to finished kitchens for photography & client interviews. General admin duties such as checking special orders, following up quotes, booking deliveries & scheduling colour consult appointments. Qualifications Love working with people and have a positive, energetic attitude. Have a minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience. Have an eye for design, style, and colour. Are a confident and clear communicator. Are organised and good with basic computer tasks. Are proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, email systems, and database entry.
