This is your chance to make a significant impact in an ongoing role driving our business services team to new heights Key Responsibilities Team Management : Lead the Business Service team to ensure efficient delivery of external services and support regional finance and administration. Customer Engagement : Develop and implement strategies to engage with the community and key stakeholders enhancing understanding and commitment to LLS functions. Administrative Systems : Oversee the implementation and maintenance of administrative and financial systems including procurement asset control and fleet management. Financial Operations : Support daily financial operations ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable. Budget and Reporting : Assist in budget development, financial analysis and report production. Stakeholder Communication : Prepare responses and provide balanced timely advice on stakeholder and customer issues. Process Improvement : Research and analyse business processes to identify efficiency improvements. Emergency Preparedness : Participate in emergency preparedness response and recovery activities. About You Proven experience in a leadership role within business services or a related field. Strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
