Treasury Manager

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to build and lead the treasury activities at the company. You will strategize, plan, and manage the liquidity and short-term financial investments, as well as assesses the products, services, technologies, and systems that are available and appropriate for the Treasury department. You will manage one direct report and report to the Finance Director.
Responsibilities
Onboard, train, and manage team members (Treasury Associate)Document and implement treasury policies and SOPsForecast cash-flowsDevelop strategy and vision to maximize efficiencies & yield while safeguarding assets, in fiat and cryptos. Including Short term investment solutions, aligned with management risk appetiteImplement risk management solutions, (capital market risks, interest exposure risks, currency risks), FX management, and hedgingSecure assets, incl. wallets custody solutionsEnsure liquidity availability and payments processingIdentify and implement banking solutions and manage third party relationsImplement relevant tools for the division to provide visibility and efficiency in the treasury operationsCollaborate with the accounting division for reconciliationCollaborate with FP&A division for analysis, insightful comments at closings, and budgeting cyclesAssists with M&A / valuation activity for TreasuryEnsure compliance of the treasury activity, with regulations and internal controlsParticipate in internal/external auditsAd-hoc requests pertaining to TreasuryPrepare other reports and participate in other special projects as requested
Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s degree8+ years minimum of experience, including 4+ years, leading treasury function in a complex environment(s)Management experienceExperience in a blockchain environment is mandatoryExperience in multi-country – multi entities – multi-currencies is mandatoryFinancial modeling skillsAnalytical skillsStrong knowledge of crypto investment strategiesAppetite for trading strategiesIFRS knowledgeEmpathetic managerTech-savvy and at ease with new technology usage and implementationDetail-orientedContinuous learner aware of best practices and trendsAutonomousSelf-motivatedCan-do attitudePassionate about web3.0/blockchain/NFT gaming spaceKnow how to multitask and prioritizeWork in a remote and globally distributed team
