Occupational Therapist - Lifecare Homecare Graduate Program APM Melville, Western Australia, Australia Lifecare Homecare provides allied health services to clients in their homes and we are seeking Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our Homecare team. You will receive on‑the‑job support, including buddy days with other therapists and supervision by our clinical leaders, and you will have the freedom to manage your schedule while working remotely. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and provide interventions in patients' homes. Engage with allied health professionals, GPs and other health care professionals to provide effective patient care. Write initial, progress and final reports and treatment management plans that meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP providers. Qualifications & Requirements Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy. Be eligible for AHPRA membership upon graduation. Agree to a pre‑employment national criminal check prior to employment.
