We are currently seeking a capable and passionate Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to oversee our Aged Care services at a well-established NDIS Health Service located in Loxton, South Australia. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives on autonomy, makes sound clinical decisions, and is ready to drive excellence in aged care within a supportive rural environment. About the Role As the NUM, you will be responsible for leading the clinical and operational functions of the Aged Care unit. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining high‑quality, person‑centred care, supporting your team, and upholding best practices in line with regulatory standards.
