Position for a Locum Sonographer in Darwin. A little about the role In this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services in a hospital setting. Consistently placing patient care at the centre of every scan you perform. Sonographers with all levels of experience encouraged to apply. You will work with a team of medical imaging professionals including 1 other sonographer, radiographers, and an onsite radiologist plus an administration team. Locum dates Mid to late January 2024 – For 2 weeks or more Duties you will be responsible for Experienced across a broad range of scan types including MSK, obstetrics, general and vascular. Managing patients and operating Canon equipment Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards Benefits Supporting your work life balance, you can explore the beautiful location with no on call or weekend work. Skills and Experience Full ASAR membership Experience working for a private group within a hospital setting. Experience using Canon machines – they have a brand new Aplio I700.
