Team Leader - Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. You’ll: Manage a caseload of NDIS participants and deliver high‑quality therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early‑career clinicians. Support team operations, including scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisation. Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
