In this role you will: Take a holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing Perform a variety of assessments including Activities of Daily Living Assessments, Ergonomic Assessment, Worksite Assessments and Vocational Assessments Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers Work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting our Veterans and current ADF members Travel isrequired, location may vary between the Acumen office and client site What’sin it for you: We’llwork with you to tailor a career pathway that meets your career goals.
