Benefits Flexible working hours Complete autonomy with calendar and bookings State‑of‑the‑art facility with a dedicated front‑end team Work‑life balance What You Will Do Speech – support clients to speak more clearly and be understood Language – help clients who struggle to put their ideas into words, read or write Augmentative and Alternative Communication – support use of devices for complex communication needs Social Skills – improve understanding of social interaction rules, body language, facial expressions and voice tone Stuttering – provide strategies for smooth speech and stuttering management to increase confidence Voice – provide exercises and support to optimise voice quality and develop healthy vocal habits Work with adults and children with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Down Syndrome Cerebral Palsy Developmental delays Stammers Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Intellectual disabilities Cleft Palate Voice disorders Swallowing – make mealtime more enjoyable by reducing risk and increasing acceptance of different foods and textures Treat more complex clients and a greater variety of client types Complete Attainment Therapy (AT) assessments and reports independently Supervise AHA students in clinic and provide opportunities for new graduates to observe Be a buddy for new graduate Speech Pathologists Participate in MDT training and workshops; build skills in particular clinical areas You Will Also Be Responsible For Taking on complex clients and a greater variety of client types Completing AT assessments and reports independently for specialised AT Supervising SP and AHA students in clinic; providing opportunities for observation Buddying and mentoring new graduate Speech Pathologists Participating in MDT training and workshops; building skills in particular clinical areas Providing mentoring and supervision for Speech Pathologists and new graduates How We Will Support You Dedicated admin, HR and finance teams Team leaders and managers in each department Fully stocked clinics with resources Resource packs for community work Efficient back‑end processes Monthly resource budget per discipline Internal/external supervision, mentoring and professional development Opportunities for observation of more experienced/specialised staff across disciplines What's In It For You Advancement of clinical knowledge Preferred caseload and client types Ongoing clinical development Regular mentoring and supervision Team‑specific meetings and support In‑house PD at no cost (over 40 PD hours per year) More Benefits Access to a work car for community and remote work Paid travel for community work Paid PD leave and PD budget per calendar year Paid staff meetings and in‑house professional development Coverage for work vehicle and travel Access to gym and swim facilities at sites within leisure centres Let your career soar at Soaring Health Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Health Care Provider Public Health industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
