As an industry leader and employer of choice, we're Made for More About the role WesTrac is seeking an experienced Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to support our Riverina Region Based at our Albury or Wagga Wagga branch, this role will be on a Monday-Friday basis with potential for hybrid working opportunities. This position comes with a fully maintained vehicle and ample opportunities to visit customer sites. Reporting to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, your customer portfolio will span the Riverina Region NSW, including Albury, Griffith, & Wagga Wagga. To ensure WesTrac is the first choice for equipment solutions, this position will see the successful candidate identifying aftermarket Caterpillar parts and WesTrac service sales opportunities within a defined customer portfolio. By managing existing accounts and developing new ones, you will collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including owner/operators and fleet managers, across various transactions and projects to enhance the customer experience. You will be responsible for sales forecasting, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions.
