As an AI Value Enablement & Governance Manager you are accountable for empowering teams to deliver measurable business value through responsible AI enablement, deployment oversight, and governance. Responsibilities Providing day‑to‑day guidance and hands‑on support for AI enthusiasts, focusing on building and refining agents using Copilot Studio. Running workshops and enablement sessions to upskill internal teams on Copilot Studio capabilities and responsible AI practices. Monitoring and governing AI deployments via the Copilot Studio Admin UI, collaborating closely with IT teams. Building dashboards and reporting tools to monitor AI usage, adoption, and performance metrics across deployed solutions—including enterprise AI solutions on Databricks. Building and maintaining automated mechanisms (e.g., Databricks evaluation logs) to monitor risks in production AI solutions. Leading efforts to meet obligations under Smart’s AI Policies for use cases, including process alignment and documentation. Experience required At least one (1) year of hands‑on experience building agents using Copilot Studio or similar platforms. Demonstrated experience supporting AI deployments and monitoring usage/adoption. Experience building dashboards and reporting including for enterprise AI solutions on Databricks. Experience implementing risk monitoring for AI solutions. Familiarity with AI standards, compliance frameworks, and process documentations. Skills required Strong analytical background, with experience building dashboards and basic coding knowledge. Deep understanding of Copilot Studio, Copilot Studio Admin UI, and AI agent frameworks. Ability to run workshops, and training sessions. Familiarity with AI governance, risk monitoring, and compliance standards. Effective collaboration with IT, risk, and business teams. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Data‑driven oversight and accountability for outcomes. Continuous improvement and strategic adaptation. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer‑centric enablement. Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a similar field.
