Job DescriptionMust-Have• 7+ Years of SAP Plant Maintenance consultant experience• SAP PM Implementation and Support Experience• Configuration knowledge in PM : Such as Enterprise structure, Maintenance processing andPreventive maintenance functions• Configuration Knowledge in CS.• Must have knowledge and support experience for Enterprise Assests Management• Configuration Knowledge and Hands-on experience in Linear Asset Management• Work closely with the technical development team for custom development includingWebdynpro components & Enterprise portal netweaver platform 7.0• Knowledge of SAP ASAP methodology or similar SDLC• Knowledge of SAP change management tool, SAP Solution Manager preferred• Exposure to HP QC for SAP functional testing is plus• Knowledge of project implementation, go live support and execute global roll-outs for variouslocations• Knowledge of PM integration with MM – External services & procurement, FICO – includingintercompany scenarios for settlement process• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and strongverbal and written communication skill• Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to applysolutions to help clients increase business value and performanceResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role1 • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.• Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.• Identify areas and processes where SAP EAM can be better leveraged and facilitate processimprovement.• Being involved in end to end project activities including Assessment, requirement gathering,planning, development, testing, UAT, Go-Live, Post Live support, and enhancements• Providing consultation on various business requirements• Providing Effort estimation considering cost and timeline for the project including no ofresources, software costs, phase-wise project plan, and assumptions• Writing and maintaining application artefacts like technical and functional design documents,test cases• Providing consultation, guidance, and expertise in proposals activities related to SAP PM• Working on new enhancements, liaising with business users, understanding the requirements,and delivering the solution while coordinating with other team members
