Senior FP&A Analyst Optiver is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The role includes financial planning and forecasting, management reporting, data quality initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration on local and global projects. What You'll Do Prepare annual financial plan, quarterly forecasts, and project‑based plans in coordination with the FP&A team and other team leads. Develop and refine financial models to support strategic business initiatives and projects. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reports on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad hoc basis. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, including performance tracking against plan and latest forecasts. Track KPIs and provide financial summaries to inform finance and business leadership. Partner with other functions to provide transparency on costs and develop detailed cost ownership and consciousness. Participate in initiatives to improve financial data accuracy and consistency across systems and processes. Collaborate with finance, accounts payable, and procurement to ensure data is properly maintained and enhanced. What You'll Need Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in FP&A or Business Partner role, ideally within the trading, financial services or technology industry. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) preferred. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non‑finance audiences. Self‑starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under tight deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
