We are guided by six key pillars: Youth, Social Running, Access & Inclusion, Research, Sustainability, and Volunteerism. The Opportunity We are entering a pivotal moment of growth. This year, the We Run Foundation has been named one of the two headline charities of the TCS Sydney Marathon, and we aim to raise $1 million through this partnership. We are seeking a Community Fundraising Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day community engagement. You will be the heartbeat of our peer-to-peer program, ensuring our 500+ fundraisers feel supported, motivated, and celebrated. What You Will Do Reporting to the Community and Partnerships Manager, you will manage the end-to-end fundraiser journey. Supporter Stewardship - Act as the primary point of contact, building genuine relationships and delivering a first-class experience to fundraisers via email, calls, and personalised messages. Campaign Management - Manage the peer-to-peer fundraising program, including highly coveted entries into the Abbott World Marathon Majors Series. Operations & Data -Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Grassrootz), manage milestone tracking, and contribute to the continuous improvement of fundraising processes Engagement - Coordinate recognition programs to celebrate achievements and assist with fundraising events and community activities. Collaboration - Work closely with Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams to develop resources and share inspiring fundraising stories. About You You are a "people person" who is motivated by helping others succeed. You bring warmth, professionalism, and initiative to everything you do. Experience -At least 3 years’ experience in community or peer-to-peer fundraising with a track record of excellent donor care. Tech Savvy - Confident using fundraising CRMs and online platforms (experience with Grassrootz is highly desirable). Communication - Strong written and verbal skills with a high attention to detail.
