Sales Executive – Archibald Racing

Archibald Racing is expanding, and we are searching for an enthusiastic, driven Sales Executive to join our team at Warwick Farm. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long‑term career in the thoroughbred racing industry, working closely with our senior team across sales, bloodstock, owner relations and attending major racing events. About the Role The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving new business, maintaining our existing client base, supporting client and owner engagement, and representing Archibald Racing at sales, race meetings, trials, and key industry events. No two days will be the same — you’ll spend mornings at trackwork, days in the office, engaging with owners and regular time at race days and sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to syndicate all horse purchases throughout the year Manage and develop strong relationships with new and existing owners, acting as one of the first points of contact for the business Client relations, attending events and sales representing the business Identify new business and partnership opportunities, to increase brand awareness and engage new clients Ensure all sales targets are met, provide support and development to achieve goals and identify opportunities for outbound sales and media opportunities Attend trackwork, trials and race days as part of sales representation Assist with owner stable and trackwork visits and race day experience, including ticketing requests and enquiries What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills A passion for racing, breeding, and bloodstock (experience desirable but not essential) Ability to work flexible hours including occasional early mornings and race days Highly organised, proactive, and confident in dealing with a diverse range of clients Ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced team environment Please send a detailed resume listing your experience and two written references to ****@archibaldracing.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
