Experienced Asphalt Crew Members (90M ) Somerton, Melbourne, Australia Salary: AUD40 - AUD50 per hour + Super + OT Randstad are currently seeking experienced asphalt crew members , who have previous experience working on Vic Roads contracts. This will be ideal for anyone living around Melbourne northern suburbs. Have the opportunity to work for a leading Tier one company. This role has good amount of overtime, and being able to have tickets with Whitecard, Roller, HR will hold you in good stead. What the successful candidates will have Laying Bitumen / Asphalt hot and cold mix experience road construction and asphalt resurfacing experience HR licence highly regarded Able to get off the machine and assist with manual Rake hand tasks Ability to keep yourself working and motivated White Card or construction card Main Job tasks Experienced Asphalters meeting project goals requires you to uphold exceptional standards in safety, efficiency, and work quality while working in lockstep with your colleagues and managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating plant or equipment, Rake hand, coordinating activities with various site personnel, and verifying that every task meets specifications and deadlines. Success hinges on strong communication, teamwork, and sharp attention to detail along with a personal commitment to high-quality results. High-achieving workplace defined by accountability, consistency, and respect. You'll benefit from the backing of seasoned supervisors, reliable machinery, and clear operating procedures designed to help you perform at your peak.
